Established in 2021
2021 was the start of a new adventure that led to the beautiful villas on Sint Maarten Stays. Since our very first visit, The Friendly Island has felt like home. The whole family has enjoyed the Caribbean life and staying at these luxurious Sint Maarten properties. We have also enjoyed sharing the villas with loved ones as we spent time with extended family and friends. The people of Sint Maarten treasure their tourists, as tourism is an integral part of their economy. After difficult years due to a devasting hurricane and pandemic, the locals welcome tourists with open arms. We hope others will enjoy this island and these Sint Maarten Stays villas as much as we do.
After many trips and extended stays, we have come up with our own list of Sint Maarten recommendations to make your time on the island as fun as possible. Robin, Meagan and Austin even got their scuba diving license in Sint Maarten and the family has enjoyed diving among many other activities.

Don and Robin met on Sint Maarten while he was there for work and I was there for my master’s program. (Watch out, you might meet the love of your life there.) We decided to make this website to make these amazing rentals easier to access and help visitors have the same great time as we did. (Also, because we wish we could be there right now.)
