The newly renovated Villa features 3 bedrooms with king size beds in the main house, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, Coconut Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 2 level cottage located in the garden.
The exterior patio areas have lovely and comfortable seating overlooking the beautiful large swimming pool. Patios in the shade or in the sun – you pick.

With a 15 minute drive you’ve got everything you need and then some: the nightlife on the island, finger-licking dining – since Sint Maarten is the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean, shopping in the French capital Marigot, watching planes and people at the world famous Maho Beach or walk over to the French village Oyster Pond.
